Voting for the proposed IIS Constitution and Bylaws Amendment has been completed and the results are shown below. 

  86 votes in favor of the proposed changes
  3 votes against the proposed changes
  1 abstention from voting

The newly ratified IIS Constitution and Bylaws is posted on the IIS website
